• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes it is possible, even if it would be easier to settle on departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors. Yes, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only a few rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a direct dial phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning, there is no extra charge.

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have internet access. There is a public internet point within 5 mintues walking distance.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes it is, free of charge for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a company dealing with this service we can contact on your kind request.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Railway station is about 40 minutes by public transportation.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is at St.Mark's square, 15 minutes boat trip from the lido.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  "Santa Maria Elisabetta". At 150 meters from the hotel.
