we arrived late the staff were very helpfull we booked a room on the top floor which was ready for us ... a beautiful hotel the staff in the breakfast room were exceptional helpfull and friendly. the food in the hotel was excellent we are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to venice ... we would-highly recommend to We were pleased. Th hotel is quiet, clean and people friendly. The breakfast offered is somewhat boring: packed cheese and jam bits.
