By car
From the motorway, after passing the barrier, follow the signs for Venice. After arriving in Venice, park your car in one of the Tronchetto parking areas (on the right, after the long Ponte della Libertà) or Piazzale Roma, the car terminal. Take the ACTV line 82 boat for Giudecca and get off at the San Basilio landing station. The Locanda Avogaria is just 2 minutes from here. From Marco Polo Airport (13 km): The ATVO shuttle or the ACTV line 5 bus from the airport will take you to Piazzale Roma, the Venice car terminal.
