• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in after noon, Check out before 10.30 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The reception is located on the ground floor. Rooms are on the first floor(American second). No elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our property is located in a very quiet locaion, therefore the rooms are quiet. Some rooms overlook a characteristic canal where gondolas row by and they are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrance in the rooms. Only the main hall has a balcony on the canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No Balcony in the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our property is no smoking consequently all the rooms too.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all rooms and common areas. No extra charge. It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No parking or garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Venice-Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have our own shuttle. There is the Alilaguna service available from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Venice-Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Water-Bus stop is "Giglio".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
