  The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartment is very quiet, romantic and peaceful.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Line and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  All the rooms have air conditioning. There is no extra charge for this.

  Yes, there is a large and elegant dinner room with a big table and 4+2 chairs.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No sorry, but there is an Internet Point very close to the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.

  Santa Lucia Venice railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
