Yes, Ca' Pier have a gothic terrace and a original gothic courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, the rooms do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Ca' Pier is completely non smoking area due to the roof painting which has to be preserved as well all the furnitures. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, tv and over than 300 international channels are available. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is direct telephone in the rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

The nearest gondola station is in San Lio nearest Ca' D'Oro and far from us 2 minute walking distance. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
Ca' D'Oro is the nearest Vaporetto stop and is far 2 minute walking. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
