  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room remaining that the guests will have at disposal the whole area as described and namely: courtyard, terrace, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast is included and is continental but before the reservation are requested your preferences.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price and also the a/c in summer time.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ca' Pier is on the first floor without elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, we have quiet, private and romantic rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, the linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, Ca' Pier have a gothic terrace and a original gothic courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Ca' Pier is completely non smoking area due to the roof painting which has to be preserved as well all the furnitures.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, tv and over than 300 international channels are available.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is direct telephone in the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning and there is not a extra charge for this service
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    We can provide a catering service on request and extra charge.

    Wi-fi connection in all house.

    No, there is no swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is no parking available inside Venice.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Piazzale Roma there is the most important rent car service. On request we can provide this service.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Marco polo airport is Venice's nearest airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, on request and extra charge.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Santa Lucia station is Venice Main station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The nearest gondola station is in San Lio nearest Ca' D'Oro and far from us 2 minute walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    Ca' D'Oro is the nearest Vaporetto stop and is far 2 minute walking.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    Rialto Bridge water taxi station is the nearest.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, but on request and extra charge we can organize a massage service.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets are not allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but on request we can organize lunches and dinners with menus and prices to be agreed.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can connect your modem from the room.
