| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In the event of a late cancellation, the hotel will charge one night's stay as a penalty. In the event of a no-show, cancellation made on the scheduled day of arrival or for early departure, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the stay as a penalty. For reservations of more than 5 nights or more than 5 rooms, we will ask for a 30% deposit to be charge.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
