| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. For late cancellation, hotel will charge one night's stay. For no-show, cancellation made on day of arrival or early departure, the hotel will charge the entire amount of the stay. For reservations of more than 5 nights or more than 5 rooms, we will ask for a 30% deposit. Non Ref/Prepaid rates: no changes on cancellations allowed. The credit card will be charged at booking tims.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
