I'm not sure it's possible to give any clearer directions - tell people to ask the sidewalk vendors or poke their head in the door of a shop - that's the best way to find anything in Venice, and everyone is usually very responsive!

excellent location - close to vaporetti and close to Zatteree for lots of restaurants. for people who've not been to Venice, it's a perfect location.

We found the hotel very convenient but also a welcome oasis in what was a very busy Venice. Beautiful courtyard garden to breakfast in which is at a premium at most of the hotels in Venice. Amazing value for money as we booked well in advance. Altogether a perfect place to stay. We were very happy with it and intend to stay again.

Well worth a visit. The decor may not be to everyone's taste but hey. You don't go to Venice to stay in your hotel room!

The garden was much bigger and lovely than we could see on the website. Breakfast fine and with good service.

This was my first trip to Europe, I have to say your hotel was one of the best we had through out Europe. We came in very late and your receptionist was very pleasant. When we return to Venice we will gladly stay with your Hotel. Ciao

We arrived in Venice early in the day. The staff at the Belle Arti allowed us to leave our bags and helped us with maps and suggestions for the day until check in would be available.

The bar, breakfast area, and courtyard exceeded our expectations. It's a pretty and quiet place.

Play up the outdoor patio and courtyard. It was a lovely surprise.

Well, the room was decorated like a bordello but we found that fun. It was also smaller than we had expected but serviceable for one night. The bar, breakfast, and courtyard are great and we have been recommending the hotel already to friends.

It is very close to waterbus from Venice airport and close enough (walking distance)to seaport terminal.

We did not receive instructions on how to get there from the airport. It would have been helpful to be told about the waterbus from the airport to Zattere.
