CANCELLATION FEES SCHEME : The first night will be charged at the time of reservation confirmation as a deposit. NO REFUND. The credit card used on booking form must be valid for at least 2 weeks before arrival date. We will check the validity of card for the entire remaining balance. If you cancel from the reservation date to 6 days before Check-In: a charge of 75% of total stay will be taken from your credit card. 5 days before Check-In to arrival date: 100% of total stay No Show: 100
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
