We had agreed upon an arrival time as requested but we were 20 mins late. There was no-one there when we got there so had to ring them. A bit annoying considering we are paying them for a service.

It is a clean & quiet place to stay, only a short walk from the main street of Lido and vaporetto stop, so very convenient. It doesn't have English tv, nor internet access (mind you, most of Lido doesn't). The breakfast lady is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. A clean and comfortable place to stay but without the luxuries of a hotel.

The fact that the bathroom of our room was only for us but NOT en suite. (But clearly stated in the final registration)

The aircond. didn't work for a couple of days.
It was hard to communicate because of lack of English language abilities.

Good location in quiet neighbourhood near the ferry to Venice and islands and to the beach. Compared to other B&B in Italy the breakfast is not very interesting.

breakfast was unexpectably poor. breakfast time (8 to 9 o'clock) is a bit too early for vacationists ;o) should be extended until 10h.
