• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Self catering breakfast. Anyway you can find yogurt, coffe, the, jam, bisquit, sweet, milk, orange juice, included in the price. Available also for special price, breakfast in the close bar.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is due at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at ground floor, at just three steeps from ground level.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  They quiet and nice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Public small yard, but we are in the middle of the park in Venice.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, only windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefere No smoking people.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only cable TV and TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a kitchenette only in one room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet cable.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  No cars allowed in Venice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Public and private transport (only if really interestead and to pay extra).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  20 Minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  5 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  10 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Normally no.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Restaurant very close.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
