Written cancellation at least 10 days prior to arrival. No cancellation will be accepted by phone. In case of late cancellation or no-show : - 1 night will be charged from 1 to 3 nights stay. - 2 nights will be charged from 4 nights stay or more. In case of earlier departure the guest will be charged for the entire period booked and confirmed.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 240 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
