• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night, including breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Enghish, French, and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors. We don't have Elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge for this! It is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not in the Hotel, but in Venice there are municipal swimming-pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the Hotel, but at the Tronchetto parking (30 minuts from hotel).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma (25 minuts from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Marco Polo " Airport that is about 1 hour and 10 min. distance with the public-boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Lucia" rail way station that is 25 minutes distance with the public-boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  150 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "vaporetto" is at San Zaccaria. 200 meters distance from Hotel Bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The water taxi is at "Riva degli schiavoni". 200 meters distance from Hotel Bridge.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
