• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and not per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, there are not the breakfast because there are the kitchen. If you want you can inform us to find something to prepare the breakfast, with a small extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill is only on arrival, because when you leave I can't come there.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The staff speak especially English, then French, Spanish and a bit German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is situate in a quiet place, outside the main street, but near because in five minutes you arrive, and also in a romantic place because the apartment have the window on the Misericordia Canal.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  No problem for sheets and towels, you find they in the apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  In the apartment there are two windows to the Misericordia Canal and S. Maria della Misericordia school.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our apartment is a no smoking apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartment there are the TV, but only Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there are not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there are the air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No problem for dining room, you have you kitchen and your dining room
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No there are not, but nearby the apartment there are some Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The nearest swimming pool is public and is situate in s. Alvise. If you want you can ask at the person that you meet when you arrive.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No there are not a private parking car, if you arrive by car you can park at the public parking car in Piazzale Roma or outside Venice, in Mestre, and then you take the bus or the train to arrive in Venice.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a Car in Piazzale Roma, that is the terminal car and bus.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport are: Marco Polo airport in Tessera Venice; S. Giuseppe in Treviso.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't have, but we can reserve for you, if you arrive at Marco Polo Airport, the water taxi to go to the aparmtent.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is the S. Lucia Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  It is in Ca' D'Oro near the waterbus stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The Vaporetto is near the apartment the name of the stops are: Ca' D'oro or Fondamente Nuove.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest is in Rialto and is five minutes distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there are not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there are some restaurant near the apartment, especially the venetian restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No is impossible, if you want to use Internet you can go in some Internet point.
