As we arrived at the time we arranged with Apartment Ca' D'Oro, no person or staff was there. After i called, in all we had to wait for more than one hour.

The earliest Check-in time was one hour later as listed on the website.

We got the option for a later check out time, in case of no reservations for the check out day, because we had to wait at check in. Although we had to wait at check in, and this was realy quite bad, I think at the end it was equalized.

No staff at the property!!!
If you come at the arranged time and no one is there to help you, it's realy bad.
So it is very important to ensure a arranged meeting time with the owner. If the staff is in problem to meet at the arranged time, it would be good they have a phone number of you, so that you can be called when they are late.

Very nice and lovely place. Cooking facilities are good to cook for your self. The apartment is located at the canal, so you hear the motor boats, but this was no problem to us. About 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco to the north/east located apartment in walking. But this is realy good as you pass several nice views and cultural points of interest. All over it was a quite good stay.
