• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price and is a continental buffet brakfast consisting in: warm and hot drinks (coffee, milk, tea, chocolate), bread, croissant, yogurh, fruit juices, fresh fruits, marmelades, nutella, honey, butter, cheese, cornflakes...
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has three floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Ca' Formosa have quiet, cleaning, private, spacious, romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, of course.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes all rooms have a tipical Venetian balcony, with a romantic view on the Rio di Santa maria Formosa.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms have a television (no TV sat).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes all rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we have air conditionning in the rooms and we do not charge anything for this service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have an Internet point in our hall available for our guest.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Guests can leave their car at the car parks Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not have; you can take from the airport the public shuttle Alilaguna.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The station is Santa Lucia, 15 minutes by boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is situated at less than 1 minute walking from Ca' Formosa.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto station is San Zaccaria, 5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  San Zaccaria.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in every room you can connect with your modem and surf the Internet.
