Coming by Plane:
From Marco Polo Venice airport we suggest to take the "Alilaguna" boat and get off at "Arsenale" stop. Turn right (you have St. Mark's Square on the left), cross two bridges (Riva Cŕ di Dio and Riva San Biagio) and you will find the main road called "Via Garibaldi". In the middle of this large and long street on your left side you will find a building with a big red flag with the lion of Venice.
Go through a sottoportico (arched street), the first door at your left side. Ring the bell "Ca' Alexander".
Coming by Train:
From St. Lucia railway station take public waterbus (vaporetto) number 51 or 41 and stop at "Giardini-Biennale". From there take in direction St. Mark's Square, you will find a large street with trees and after few metres you will find Via Garibaldi. On your left side will see a building with a big red flag with the lion of Venice. Go through a sottoportico (arched street), the first door at your left side. Ring the bell "Ca' Alexander". We suggest to buy Venice card or tickets for 2/3 days or a 1-week ticket for the pubblic boat(vaporetto) when you arrive in Venice.
Coming by Car:
From all directions you can reach Venice by A4 motoray.
Park at Piazzale Roma, then take vaporetto number 61 or 51 and stop at "Giardini-Biennale". From there take in direction St. Mark's Square, you will find a large street with trees and after few metres you will find Via Garibaldi.
On your left side will see a building with a big red flag with the lion of Venice.
Go through a sottoportico (arched street), the first door at your left side. Ring the bell "Ca' Alexander". |
