• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in by 2.00 pm.

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooms have a canal view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  A balcony is only in the breakfast room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a tv with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all rooms with air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement at a deduced at the Garage San Marco at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the 'Piazzale Roma' car Terminal there are some car rental offices and at the Airport. You can ask the hotel reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  In the balcony of our hotel you can see the Gondula station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Rialto Bridge is one minute by walk from our hotel
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  In Rialto Bridge there is the water taxi station. When you arrive you stop in the bridge in front of our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
