• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 10:00 a.m.
  Check Out: before midday Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on the second floor and there isn't a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are soundproofed and quiet. Suite number 203 is particularly romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Suite 203 has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telehpone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Agreement with San Marco Garage in "Piazzale Roma" for car parking reduction of 10-20 % for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or in "Piazzale Roma" (car terminal).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo in Venice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Lucia in Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gonula Station are San Marco or Rialto (5 minutes away).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop is "Ospedale", 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Line 51 or 52.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The water taxi arrive just at 20 meters from our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
