| Cancellation Policy | |
We do not accept cancellation by phone (fax or email). The cancellation must arrive at least 7 days before beginning of the stay, otherwise the cost of one night will be charged as penalty; should the cancellation arrive only one day before beginning of the stay or should the guest not arrive on the expected date, the whole cost of the booked service will be charged as penalty directly on the credit card with no show operation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
