• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included in price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating included in price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can settle bill at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 3 flors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One big top terrace room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms with balcony and canal view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms with satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms with direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo airport Venezia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Rialto Bridge 3 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Stae stop 3 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  There is a private taxi land direct at the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just very small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, Internet and ADSL in all the rooms.
