• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Residenza Cà Dario doesn't have a breakfast room but has provided all the rooms at Ca' Dario with a breakfast basket with croissants, tea, coffee and cappuccino cartridges to be used with the water dispencer placed on the common area. This service is included on the room price. For the apartments no breakfast is served as they are self catering.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, in fact it is our policy to ask for payment on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Residenza Cà Dario is one floor building and has not elevator. Two rooms are placed on the ground floor and the other four rooms are at the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Residenza Cà Dario is situated in a quiet private courtyard, far from the touristic area therefore our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not but all rooms do have large windows overlooking the canal.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only the 'en-suite' rooms have TV with Italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have Internet facilities at Residenza Cà Dario but there is an Internet café just around the corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Residenza Cà Dario is not provided with parking area, but our guest can easily park at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto Island.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma there are some car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Airport (Marco Polo), 15 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but our guests can easily reach Piazzale Roma by bus and then reach our house.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia railway station which is just 5 minutes walk from Residenza Cà Dario.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is on Fondamenta S. Simeone Piccolo, just 5 minutes walk from Residenza Cà Dario.
  On request we can organize Gondola's tour.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Residenza Cà Dario is situated nearby "Ferrovia" station (5 min. walking distance).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi is at Piazzale Roma (5 min. walking distance).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but our quarter offers many dining facilities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
