Please note there are no telephone booth at the St-Alvise vaporetto station therefore it is impossible to call the owner from there. It is a residential area.

The owner was very nice in providing us with a baby cot, at no charge, as we had requested. He actually bought a brand new one!

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet residential area. Only 2 minute walk from the St-Alvise vaporetto station and less than 10 minute walk from a supermarket.
We stayed with our 2 year old son and were very satisfied with the apartment. We highly recommend it to anyone with or without children.

We were a party of three staying in the apartment, but there was only bedding provided for two people. It was difficult to find sheets and when we did we didn't know if they were dirty or clean. So this was a little disconcerting to say the least.
