• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  You have a little breakfast in the room: every room has a corner, where you can get cappuccino, chocolate, coffee, tea, marmelade, biscuits...
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ca' del Dose is composed by three floors, and we have no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes: we have a room with a wonderful big terrace and one double room with a private court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There's a room with a big balcony; another with two big French windows; and, in general, all the rooms are really sunny.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a Tv color, not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is autonomous air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there isn't.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma (Venice's mainland).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia in Venice.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is in San Mark's Square, at five minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  It's the stop San Mark's Arsenale or San Mark's San Zaccaria: two minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  It's at the end of our street (30 seconds by walking).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Many, good and not expensive.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
