• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes and it is served in the bedroom continental.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace that all guests can use.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All accomodation is no smaking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  yes included in price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We are near piazzale roma 100 meters away this is the only car park area in venice.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our guests can arrange a car rental with our concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco polo 15 minutes by taxi 20 by bus or treviso 30 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No although we are near the stop of the shuttle bus from treviso or marco polo airports.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Vaporetto stop piazzale roma or S.toma.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Tomà and Piazzale Roma, 3 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Piazzale Roma. 5 mins walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  An call we can supply massage, shatsu, hairdresser etc.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only in our apartments.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet we are installing this system in the near future.
