• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, our buffet continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.

  We can speak English, French, Spanish, Japanese and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors without any elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are specially made for those who need a romantic, private and quiet stay in Venice.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  Yes we have an Internet point in our hall. Please ask the reception for this service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not in the property, but the nearest one is at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car just asking reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Marco Polo (Venice).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not have it.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Then nearest railway station is Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are many Gondula stations near the hotel.
  We suggest to ask for the best price!
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stations are Rialto and San Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxi speedbats arrive very close to hotel.
  Otherwise you can go to Rialto stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, just very small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
