When arriving it was very confusing that no receptionist was at the hotel - we had to go to another building in another street to find him

At our arrival at the hotel, there was a note asking us to go back to hotel Noemi. The room was ok, clean... but I asked for a special room (the one with the baldaquin bed for my parents, as it was their wedding birthday), that we didn't have.

Venise is very expensive, so this question is not very appropriate. I just would like to say that the breakfast was poor (bred... to be improved)
