- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in: from 02.00 pm. Check-out: 11.00 am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, in the bed and breakfast prices. It is a continental breakfast.
- Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is already included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if the customer requires this condition. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German, Spanish and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
3 floors. The building is not equipped with a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, the rooms are quite and the atmosphere is quite romantic, each room is named after a colour. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are included in the price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The bed and breakfast's rooms have not terrace or courtyard. Some of our rooms has a courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some of our rooms has a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, some of the rooms are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
In the bed and breakfast the rooms have Sky Tv. The rooms have the tv but not Satellite. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
In the rooms we provide a mobile to receive international calls. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, all our accommodation has air conditioning and it is free. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
In the bed and breakfast there is not dining room, each room as its own space with table and chairs. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
It is not public, but if a customer has a urgency we can let him use it. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, we have not. - Is parking or garage available?
In the Venice parking area. - Where can we rent a car?
At the Piazzale Roma parking area. - Which is the nearest airport?
Marco Polo airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
There is a public one, from Piazzale Roma. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The St. Lucia train station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
The nearest godola station is 1 minute from our bed and breakfast, it is located in the square next to Campo S. Maurizio: Santa Maria del Giglio. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
The nearest ferry boat (vaporetto) stop is the St. Maria del Giglio, the square next to Campo S. Maurizio. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
The near water taxi is next to the Accademia ferry boat stop. From Campo S. Maurizio you can reach it passing through S. Stefano Square and the Accademia Bridge. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, we are not equipped with this facilities. - Are pets welcome?
No, pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
