• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 12.30 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes of course. It is independently controlled also.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors on foot.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Lines and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We can offer non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our room have telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have indipendent air conditioning included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is no restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we don't have swimming pool. In 10 minutes, walking, our guests can reach the public swimming pool of Sant Alvise.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We haven't a Hotel Garage but we can offer to our guests a discount agreement for parking in Piazzale Roma (10% - 15%).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma where is the Venice parking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  5 Km to reach Venice Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don't have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice "Santa Lucia" Train Station 5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola Station is in Guglie (150 metres away from the Hotel).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest bus stops are "Gulie" and " Tre Archi" 150 metres away the Hotel both.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  It's possible call a taxi until the Hotel door. The nearest taxi station is in front of Venice Train Staion 5 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not necessary your modem because we offer an free fast ISDN line in each room and a notebook on request.
