• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast but we supply inclusive in our rates some basic goods as coffee, milk, cereals.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, just ask for the payment at the check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located on the first and only floor of the building and there is not lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the flat is located in a quiet lane of Strada Nuova.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are supplied.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, it does not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, it does not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the apartment is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with Italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point close by.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the nearest parking area is at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Piazzale Roma(15 minutes walking from the property).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice "Marco Polo" (Tessera), about 12 km from the apartment.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. We can organise a pick up with an extra cost which you should ask at the reservation.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venice S.Lucia (1.2 km), just 15 minutes walk from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondola station is 2 minutes walking distance (Ca' d'Oro).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest vaporetto station is Ca' d'Oro (line n.1) which is 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Water taxi is about 5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is plenty of quality restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
