As our arrival time was late, we had to call in to reschedule our appointment in advance. We waited for quite sometime and almost booked ourselves in another accomodation before we were received by the host. Anyway, the apartment was cosy and warm , and we liked it a lot.

very good, - we didnt expect it to be fully stocked with essentials- pasta, hot beverages etc..

should include contact no of the host, in cases of emergency, or after office hours, especially when there is unprecendented changes in the schedule.
