• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 2:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and we serve a cold buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has totally four floors (ground floor, first, second and third floor) and there's no elevator. A porterage service is provided from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have six wonderful rooms overlooking the Grand Canal.
  Quiet and nice rooms face the courtyard and a small canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There's one room with a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of the rooms overlooking the Grand Canal has a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite TV in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone with direct dialing in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are air-conditioned (no extra charge).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, our hotel gives to all our guests a 10% reduction for the cars parked at the Garage San Marco and the Garage at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rentals in Piazzale Roma. It is at ten minutes by waterbus from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airpot, at about 12 Kilometers from the city.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Station is at 10 minutes by waterbus from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Our hotel has a private pier on the Grand Canal, from where you can easily get a romantic gondola ride (ask to the desk for the arrangement).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "vaporetto" station is San Stae (stop n.5), and it's only three minutes walking from the hotel. Only waterbus n.1 stops there.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Private Water Taxis arrive directly at our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
