• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Room price includes daily buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled upon check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel is composed by three floors, and there is one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We do have both quiet, private, romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is one room with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is one room with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Normally we do not have "non smoking rooms", but we can arrange upon request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have a Colour TV with Satellite reception.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have both a direct dialling telephone, and a modem plug for PC's.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are Air Conditioned (normally from May to September, depending on the wheather).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet Point in the Lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking Garage for most Hotels in Venice is in Piazzale Roma, we grant a discount to Clients Parking at "Garage San Marco"
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Concierge can help Clients to Rent a Car, or also a Chaffeured Limousine.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport (VCE).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Upon Request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Nearest Gondola Station is at San Zaccaria (ten minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Nearest Vaporetto Station is "Arsenale" (two minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We have our own landing stage for Private Water Taxis.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Sorry, we do not have a Restaurant in Hotel, but we can gladly recommend very good ones in Via Garibaldi.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In each room there is a modem connection plug (ISDN line).
