• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast and is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, of course.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must be settled on check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and yhere is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course. All are quiet, private and very romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided, of course.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, of course.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is satellite TV in every rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning, seasonal and included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we are in Venice!
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice-Tessera.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is S. Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  It is 200 meters from here.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  It is 200 meters from here.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  It is 200 meters from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in our property but near from here.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Internet connection inside all rooms, but you must bring your own PC.
