  Yes, there is a sat tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no internet point, but internet connection in each room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest parking and garage is at the terminal bus station in Piazzale Roma(Venice).We have a special agreement with the garage "San Marco" in which you will save 10% or 20% discount depending on the period.

  The nearest Gondola staion is Ca' d'Oro (50 meters from the hotel).

  We are direct connected with the motorboattaxi station, the nearest pick-up point is 50 mt from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  No, they are not.
