- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price are per room/apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The generous breakfast of La Calcina is included in the prices. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak rather German than Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has only 1 floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, absolutly romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The houses are beautified with flowers and gardens. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Giglio and Viola have one very small balcony each. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, all the apartments are non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?

Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All suites have air conditioning, Giglio has also fans. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
In Rosa and Viola there is the possibilty to dine for 4 persons.

In the hotel La Calcina. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
No. - Where can we rent a car?
In Piazzale Roma. - Which is the nearest airport?
Venezia Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we have not. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Venezia Santa Lucia. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
Zattere, just 200 m far from the hotel. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
Zattere, Line 82-51-61 or Accademia line 1 or 82. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?

There is a fitness and Gym center just next door.
- Are pets welcome?
No, pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Bar-restaurant service with wide choice of hot drinks, snacks, simple hot and cold dishes in the nearby hotel. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
It is possible to make a modem connection in the suites.
