| Cancellation Policy | |
Here you are our cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to check-in, we will not apply any fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will charge you the price of one night stay. For any late cancellation (cancellation on the check-in day) and for any NO-SHOW, we will charge you the total amount of your stay. From 24/08/2011 in Venice there is the tourist tax which is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
