• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and it is a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and no elevator/lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. The most romantic is the one with a balcony overlooking typical venetian rooftops and St. Mark's cupolas, placed on our top floor.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided and besides towels are changed every day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only our top floor room has a balcony overlooking typical venitian rooftops and St. Mark's Cupolas.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have all non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and it is seasonal. Usually there is no extra charge for this.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have, but it is not a self-service point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma at A.V.I.S., HERZ and EUROPECAR offices, but if you have to visit Venice, it is not necessary.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the airport of Venice (Marco Polo).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Rialto.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop is situated next to the Rialto Bridge and it is only 5 minutes away from us.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest taxi station is situated next to the Rialto Bridge and it is only 5 minutes away from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry, but they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
