• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  An Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, without the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The superior room does have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because the entire house is strectly non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, but only on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet Wi-Fi hot spot.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is available only in piazzale Roma, no in the city centre.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venice Santa Lucia station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  In Rialto, just five minute walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Rialto or San Marco Calle Vallaresso.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Rialto or San Marco Calle Vallaresso.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but private dinner party can be provided on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
