• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Arrivals and departures can at times be arranged for different times (with extra charge), but please write the timetable of check-in at the moment of the reservation. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, Guests will pay the balance 2 days before their arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment Il Caminetto is on the first floor, and does not have an elevator.

  At 20 minutes walking or 15 minutes by waterbus ( to Sacca Fisola Island )from the apartment Il Caminetto there is a swimming pool which is open from 9am to 7pm every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The apartment Il Caminetto is situated at 20 minutes by public motorboat from the parkings in Piazzale Roma. Guest just have to ask information to the staff who will be glad to help you to find the best accommodation for your cars.

  The apartment Il Caminetto is situated at 50 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport and the apartment Il Caminetto is situated at 70 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The apartment Il Caminetto does not offer a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to the apartment Il caminetto.

  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartment.

  No, but in the apartment Il Caminetto there is a equipped kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is not possible to surf the Internet from the apartment, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated just in front of the apartment Il Caminetto.
