Il Caminetto or the office were not provided with direction at all and the only way to get in was to meet a representative at the place indicated by the agent. In this case everything depended on the communication by phone. For americans like us it was not easy because our american mobile phone program did not allow communication in Europe. We were forced to by new phones and program and it costed a lot.

Nice apartment in the center of Venice with evrything needed for independent convinient life.

We paid more becuase our check in time was later than office opening hours so there was an additional fee.

The location is fantastic. It is not great for old people becuase you have to climb 3 flights of stairs.
