The owner of the property was extremely helpful. He arranged to meet us at the Rialto Bridge to ensure we were able to find the accomodation. He also gave us a very thorough briefing on the facilities in the apartment and some local tips on what to do in Venice.

I think it would be great to reinforce its proximity to San Marco piazza and all the wonderful attractions which are so close.

Very close to st marks square, clean and spacious. Good value for location. Ideal to share with friends as there are two bedrooms in the apartment.

The owner of the property was waiting for us in the vapporetto station at 1am and he was really nice with us and kind as well. I am really happy with the property and with the service provided.

The apartment is really spacious, totally renovated. excellent for a family with children.the only detaill is the hot water. there is hot water but it is just for a quick shower.. that 's the only detail to take in account. but it is highly recomender and the apartment owner or administrator is really nice.

The owner was very helpful and walked down to help us as we were a bit lost on Calle dei Fabbri. He also helped us with our luggage.

The owner had purchased cookies and milk for us. It was a very pleasant surprise. This was very useful with kids and as we had not had time to have lunch before getting to the apartment. He had also bought new a travel bed for our infant. Very very considerate of him.
The owner had two heaters available. The apartment is lit beautifully and had enough silverware.
The only issue we had was having enough hot water for 5 of us to bathe one after other. We had to wait a bit for the water to get hot. So if you are staying here with a big family, dont take long showers.

Our flights were delayed and we arrived nearly two hours late (after mid-night) however we were still met and Gigi was very polite about the delay!

The rooms were very clean and spacious and the location was amazing. It was not a quiet area, the street is quite noisy especially first thing in the morning and there was a lot of banging/maintenance work from the flat next door. However for a city centre location these are to be expected.

The kitchen was poorly stocked making eating in awkward. There were no sharp (kitchen) knives, no cups, very small food preparation area. Few pans.

Quite and clean with a great location but very limited kitchen facilities makes eating in difficult..

We arrived at the appartment door and needed to ring the owners agent whose number was on the door and he arrived a few minutes later. He was very helpfull and spoke good english which was a bonus for us as our italiano is not good.

As there is no reception here perhaps a phone number or contact method on arrival in Venice would be helpfull

Plenty of room for four and had extra beds for 2 more.Had 2good sized bedrooms and good sized living and dining space with compact but adequate bathroom and kithenette.Decor could do with a small tidy up but overall a very comfortable stay for a week or more.

Good cheaper option for family or group compared to hotels in central Venice. Excellent location.

The apartment had not been cleaned. We had to purchase toilet paper and there was hot water enough only for one quick shower in the morning, the rest of the group had to go without.

Should stress that cash must be paid at check-in as I forgot about that detail and had to rush to a cash machine.
