• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes - limited to preprepared tray in room with tea/coffee making facilities, croissants, cake and biscuits and orange juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Quieter rooms are available overlooking a small courtyard on the rear. Other rooms have double glazing and airconditioning
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have 'decorative' balconies, but with no access.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms, cannot be stepped on.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Only telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Seasonal a/c in 'superior' rooms.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one close by.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No - the closest is in Piazzale Roma, at the entrance of the city (10 minutes walking).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale Roma, 10 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  20 minutes from Piazzale Roma parking.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia - about 15 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  3 minutes walking (San Tomà).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Tomà (one minute away).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  1 Minute.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
