Could not recognise the location from the website photo and thought it actually overlooked the Grand Canal - it overlooked a secondary Canal running from the Grand Canal. Had not appreciated that all we were getting was a room and that the Hotel had no facilities - not a problem but think that should have been clearer. Had a fabulous time!

Happy overall as we did not want much more than what we got but that was not clear online. Happy to go back. Appreciated the online support while booking.

Centrally placed for all places of interest, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. A good base for sightseeing.
