AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE IN ORDER TO ARRANGE YOUR CHECK-IN, SO NOTIFY ALWAYS YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. Check-in from 1pm to 10pm / Check-out within 11am. Non-compliance of these terms may result in cancellation of reservation. PENALTIES: from 9 till 6 days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 20% of the total amount of the stay ; from 5 till 4 days: 50%; from 3 till 1 day: 80%; Arrival day /No show a charge of 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 216 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
