• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich and delicious breakfast buffet from 8.15 to 10.15 is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is on the second and third floor without lift, and all rooms are located on the third and fourth floor without lift, but if you need we can help with your luggage!
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are located in a very quite area, our rooms are accurately clean, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, lines and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but all rooms have a wonderful view on Venetian Roofs and over the "Campo".
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Colour/tv in each of our rooms but there are only Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not in the rooms but there is a phone available for the emergency.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but you are welcome to have a coffe or a tea at your convenience, you'll find all that is necessary inside the cupboard!
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet point near our B&B.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. You have to park your car in Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Marco Polo airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo airport.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but from Venice airport you can take a direct waterbus service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is at Ospedale stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest waterbus stop is "Ospedale" (n.51) only 2 min. on foot.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We are well served by public transport, in any case we can to call a water taxi that arrive in front the door!
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
