Cancellations and/or variations after the dead-line: E 30,00 per room of penality as administrations costs. BUT Cancellations and/or variations after h.12.00 local time of 3 days before the arrival date: one night of penality. No show: penality one night. No show for reservation longer than one night: penality two nights. For certain case the credit card maybe preauthorized (not charged) for the amount of EUR 1 or the amount of the first night's stay in order to verify the validit.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
