    Check In any time until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

    The breakfast is not included in the price, but the kitchen is well furnished with all the necessary for the breakfast.

    You can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are two floors and we do not have an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There are private and calm rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not have.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    One room and the living room are equipped of a satellite Tv with several international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not have.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, it is not available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Cą Opera is situated at 35 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Internation Venice Marco Polo airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do not have a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport to Cą Opera.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 25 minutes from Cą Opera.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    Not far from the property.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest vaporetto ( taxi ) station is situated in front of Cą Opera.

  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    Only 1 minutes from the property. Our property is near at the Alilaguna stops and taxi station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is not a fitness center.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry they are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
