• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes - buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 - elevator available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, only from mid-May to mid-September: it depends on the weather; no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with the garage "San Marco", at Piazzale Roma, for a 10% discount. Clients have to ask for the coupon when they check out.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma (Venice car Terminal).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 1 hour from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  25 minutes by boat from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St. Mark square, 15 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  "Accademia", 50 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  "Zattere", 50 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not at the Hotel, but nearby there is a Gym with free entrance for our guests).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (small).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, restaurant 'la Rivista'.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
