UP TO 7 DAYS before date of arrival , no fee will be charged. WITHIN 7 DAYS from your arrival date (9.00AM local time)or in case of NO-SHOW, the total price of the reservation will be charged.For GROUP RESERVATIONS and cancellation policy (3 rooms or more) please kindly ask for info. The above policy does NOT include NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS in which the charged amount won't be refunded in case of cancellations or room modifications.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
